Malacandrax Sketchbook V.5

This sketchbook is from June 2024 - December 2024.

I'm really fond of this one! I decided to stop limiting myself to carrying around a huge book, and to just use it as a place to keep everything together, and I made So much more traditional art because of it. I started doing plein air paintings, and loads of observation studies. Almost all the animals/trees/real people are from life, done on bits of paper and stuck in after the fact. I ended up getting loose binder rings to allow me to change the paper, and I really love it!
